Color Correspondences
Color plays a large part in life. Everyday we are
exposed to all sorts of different colors with a wide range of hue, vibrancy, and
contrasts. Studies prove that colors have an effect on our psychology. As
individuals, our lives change emotionally and chronologically. No doubt, colors
raise certain responses such as red and purple arouse passion and the marital
influences. The cool colors, such as blue, green, pink, white, etc. are relaxing
and soothing.
Colors have always played a large part in superstition and tradition, such as
the idea of “seeing red”, meaning: To be very angry. In addition, white as a
symbol of virginity, purity, and goodness. Blue represent and emotion, when
someone feels “blue”, that someone is sad. Purple throughout the ages has been
known as the color of Royalty and Power.

| Light Blue | Excellent healing color --- peace, calm friendship, hope, meditation, balance, decision making, tranquility, understanding, patience, health |
| Dark Blue | Changeability. Removes: impulsiveness,
depression, and subconscious blocks Royal blue: Truth, self awareness, dreams, protection from negative vibes, removes guilt |
| Purple | Intuition, power, spiritual communication, influences those in high positions, relieves tension, ambition, business progress and power, high spirituality |
| Lavender | Spiritual development, psychic growth, divination, blessings sensitivity, anti-depressant |
| Brown | Endurance, stability, home security, materialization, court, hesitation, and uncertainty, neutrality-gray is more neutral |
