Prices are not always under our control, and may change without notice. If you have any questions about prices or possible changes of prices, feel free to call us.
To Order:
Please include your name, complete delivery address and phone number. Please give the product name and the quantity requested. There is a $25.00 minimum order.
Shipping Information:
In the continental USA, we ship via common carrier unless requested otherwise. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery.
Tax:
All retail orders must include California State Sales Tax even if your state does not charge taxes. The rate is 8.75% (multiply total merchandise by .0875). This must be included in your order or your order will not ship.
Wholesale:
To qualify, the Reseller License of your business must be on file. We offer a 10% discount on order over $200.00, 20% discount on orders over 300.00, 30% discount on orders over $400.00 and 40% discount on orders over $500.00. Please contact us for more information.
Back Orders:
We do not back order. If we are unable to fill your complete order, a credit slip will be enclosed.
Returns:
If your package is obviously damaged, do not accept it. Have it returned. We will reship it. If there is concealed damage, call us; we will handle it from here.
Payments:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Money Orders, and Cash. There is a $25.00 minimum on all Visa and Master Card orders. Orders may be placed by phone, mail, or Email. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH.
Processing:
Orders by Credit Card will be processed immediately.
Orders by Mail, Phone, and Email will be processed upon payment in full. Please note that orders sent with out proper shipping or taxes will not be processed until full payment for the order is received.
Pick up Orders (Will Call):
Will Call orders must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. (Some orders may require more time.)
