We do not back order. If we are unable to fill your complete order, a credit slip will be issued to the customer.Exchanges & Returns (Merchandise):
We do not accept exchanges of merchandise. Returned merchandise may be returned if your package is obviously damaged. Damaged packages should be refused, do not accept it. Have it returned.
